America’s Liquor Down Bio:

America’s Liquor Down Band was created in the spring of 2009. It started with bass player, George aka “Slim”; lead singer, Layloni and lead guitar player, Phil aka “Philly the Kid”. Eventually drummer Shane was added to the line-up and Liquor Down was complete.

Liquor Down brings a high-energy show that is refreshing to watch and so contagiously entertaining that you find yourself moving uncontrollably. Every show is like a time portal that transports you through the rock of the 50s all the way to the 90s.

Liquor Down’s fine mix of experience and young talent is their recipe for success.

Young guitar player, Phil is quite the character! Moving, Jumping, he’s got some tricks up his sleeve. His gift of guitar playing has been compared to Jimi Henedrix, and “you gotta see this kid on guitar“….

Radio announcer and newcomer Layloni, who’s voice has been compared to Paul Stanley and Tina Turner, is always moving and grooving to the beat.

The rhythm section brings talent and experience to Liquor Down. 　

Bass player, Slim is has been playing bass for 20 years or more and even though he’s old…lol…he moves like a kid on the stage.

Shane, also brings lots of energy and over 20 years of drumming experience to Liquor Down.
